Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will dispatch your order within 3-5 working days.

Please note, that this timeframe is for packing and dispatch only. Transit times will vary depending on your location.

Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within the following times, depending upon your location.

AusPost Standard Post: 2-8 business days
AusPost Express Post: 1-4 business days

International Post: 1-3 weeks

Where will my order be sent from?

All orders are packed and sent from shop in Corrimal near Wollongong NSW Australia. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number.

Please note: once your parcel has been taken to the post office it's in the hands of the post and we are unable to speed up the shipping time. 

My order has yet to arrive. What now?

If your parcel goes missing in transit or if you have any issues receiving your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue on our end.

If you have opted to have your parcel 'safe dropped' to your address and the parcel goes missing after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.

Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged postage items. Claims can be made through Australia Post.
