Refund Policy

First of all, thank you for shopping with us! As a small business, we truly appreciate your support.

Please reach out if, for any reason, you are left unsatisfied with your purchase.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging as it was received. We will prioritize working out the best solution for you.

Please note: If you believe your order was damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post directly to make a claim. Soulibrium is not responsible for items lost or damaged when in the hands of Australia Post. Additionally, we do not refund or exchange items that were broken or damaged after purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to take care of the items they have purchased.

Change of Mind

Please choose your products carefully prior to purchasing and reach out should you have any questions. In compliance with NSW Office of Fair Trading regulations, we may refuse to offer a replacement or refund if:

- You simply change your mind

- You misused the product in a way that contributed to the problem

Unfortunately, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, herbs, resins, teas, and oils are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind purchases.

Returns

If you need to make a return, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your name, order information, and the reason for the return.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. Please send all return items to us with a tracking number, as we will not be able to honor returns on lost parcels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Returns will not be accepted unless we are contacted first.

Product Assurance

Our collection is handcrafted with great care. The functionality and appearance of each item is thoroughly checked before being sent to you. 

Being handmade, there may be instances where some items may contain minor beauty marks. However, our aim is to provide product photos and descriptions that accurately depict the true authenticity of each piece.
