Refund policy

First of all, thank you for shopping with us! As a small business, we truly appreciate you.

Please reach out if for any reason you are left unsatisfied with your purchase.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging as it was received. We will then prioritise working out the best solution for you.

Please note: If you believe your order was damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post directly to make a claim. Soulibrium are not responsible for items lost or damaged when in the hands of Australia Post.

Change of Mind

Please choose your products carefully prior to purchasing and reach out should you have any questions. In compliance with NSW Office of Fair Trading regulations, we may refuse to offer a replacement or refund if:

• you simply change your mind
• you misused the product in a way that contributed to the problem

Unfortunately earrings, herbs, resins, teas, and oils are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind purchases.

Returns

If you need to make a return, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your name and order information, as well as the reason for the return.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. 

Please send all return items to us with a tracking number as we will not be able to honour returns on lost parcels. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Returns will not be accepted unless we are contacted first.

Product Assurance

Our collection have been handcrafted with great care. The functionality and appearance of each item is thoroughly checked before being sent to you.

Being handmade there may be instances where some of our items may contain minor beauty marks. Our aim however is to provide product photos and descriptions which accurately dipict the true authenticity of each piece.
