The visionary behind Soulibrium Wellness Centre is Aleesha, a heart-led practitioner born and raised in the Wollongong and Illawarra region near Sydney. Growing up surrounded by the coastline, escarpment, and vibrant community of Wollongong and Corrimal, Aleesha always felt a deep connection to both the land and the unseen spiritual realms.

From a young age, Aleesha has always been this way — intuitive, sensitive, and deeply aware of energy. Growing up through a traumatic childhood and adolescence, she was forced to grow up quickly. These early challenges shaped her into someone who could perceive emotional patterns, understand unspoken pain, and hold space for others with profound compassion. What once felt like survival became the foundation of her purpose and the reason she is able to guide others through their own healing today.

Her formal path began at the University of Wollongong, where she began her studies in Psychology out of a desire to understand human behaviour, trauma, and emotional processing. But it was a powerful spiritual awakening eight years ago—while working in government social work—that expanded her path beyond the mind and into the energetic and spiritual realms. Reiki entered her life as a way to understand her own sensitivity and protect her energy, and from there Aleesha devoted herself to mastering a wide range of healing modalities not only for herself, but to assist others.
