Astrid grew up in the Netherlands, in a small farmer village, with her hard-working parents having their own business at home. She always wanted to see more of the world. She emigrated in 2011 to Australia and has lived in Wollongong since, between the beautiful ocean at the east and the amazing mountains at the west.

Astrid is a Spiritual Healer & Teacher including Reiki Master & Teacher, a hypno- & regression and psychodynamic therapist, a medium, and an author. She facilitates empathetic adults and children who’ve had a traumatic experience, to heal and to let go of the pain so they stand in their power again and feel at peace. Astrid doesn’t want to give up until her clients have reached their set goal. She uses kinesiology muscle testing to find the root cause of blockages and can release them through healing methods. You’ll receive useful exercises and spiritual wisdom from her during your session. She believes that setting intentions for the outcome of her client’s session is powerful, so she expects miracles to happen and needs her clients to be open to that too. Your soul knows exactly what needs to be healed and arranges the Reiki healing to go there during a healing session.

After a career in project management and a large amount of money on her bank account in 2003, Astrid noticed she wasn’t feeling happy and fulfilled. This was the point where she knew it was time to take a new career path and she started looking for what would make her heart sing with joy. She felt strongly attracted to hypnotherapy and started a four year education. This was an intense personal growth experience. From there she rolled into a mediumship education that added the spiritual side to her therapy skills. In the meantime, she had learned healing techniques too and felt that this combination was very useful to help her clients holistically.

During life Astrid has experienced some big events like divorce, emigration, losing her true love husband in 2015 and becoming very ill in the grief process after that. She has discovered more about natural health methods and uses all her knowledge to empower clients in her sessions and in writing articles and books. She has transformed from having super low self-esteem to feeling confident; from being scared to having faith, and from feeling powerless to becoming empowered and taking action for her own happiness and doing the work she’s passionate about. She’s still a ‘giver’, but she is in balance and can keep this balance by communicating her boundaries to others and having respect for her own needs. She has put herself on the highest priority on her list and takes excellent care of herself these days. She feels loved, supported and connected and has a zest for life.

At Soulibrium Astrid offers sessions and workshops.

She offers a two hour spiritual healing session that’s a combination of:

- An extended clearing of energy for you, people and pet animals living with you, your house, property, personal belongings, and car(s);

- Kinesiology muscle testing for type of blockages with their root causes, going through all info that has been tested for you, and releasing these blockages;

- Approximately 1 hour Reiki healing to release even more, to integrate all releases, to create peace in your mind/head and body, to purify your energy, to open, heal, cleanse, balance and align your chakras, to ground you with mother earth, to place a protection around your aura, to connect you with The Source of Love.
