Sessions are booked in two-hour time slots. When you arrive, you’ll settle into a comfortable recliner chair that fully reclines, giving you the perfect space to relax, meditate, or even take a restful nap.

You may be sharing the room with others, but we encourage you to use this time to turn inward and find your calm. Feel free to bring headphones if you want to listen to your own music or ear plugs if you’re sensitive to sound. Interestingly, the more people in the room, the stronger the energy becomes!

The room features dimmed lighting (outside the machines), soothing ambient music, and a relaxing atmosphere enhanced by essential oil diffusers and salt lamps. Many guests describe the experience as a peaceful mini-retreat—a true opportunity to unwind and let go.

There are no known contraindications for using The System. It is a safe, non-invasive technology designed to enhance your wellbeing without any adverse effects.

• Wear light, loose, and comfortable clothing—something you could even sleep in.
• Come with a clear intention for how you’d like to feel during your session. You can write it down and place it in our Intention Jar so the Universe can support you!
• Bring socks if you tend to get cold. The room is kept slightly cool to help you relax deeply. We supply blankets and pillows, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer something warmer.
• Please be mindful of others—silence is requested as everyone will be meditating or resting.
• No food is allowed in the Scalar Room.
• We provide organic herbal tea and filtered alkalized water, but feel free to bring your own water bottle. Staying hydrated is important!
• Bring a sleep eye mask if you want complete darkness.
• Ear plugs are helpful if you prefer total silence.
• Headphones are great if you want to listen to your favorite meditation music or use noise cancellation. Please download your music ahead of time and keep your phone on airplane mode during the session.
• Feel free to bring a book if you’d like to read, or use one from our on-site library.
• Come with an open heart and mind, ready to unplug, relax, and support your body’s natural healing.
• Finally, please turn OFF your phone or put it on airplane mode during your session.

Many guests are surprised by how quickly their minds clear and how deeply relaxed they feel—often within just minutes. Some report having vivid dreams, powerful insights, and deep meditation states while in the session.

Afterwards, most people say they feel refreshed, energized, and notice better sleep. Many describe simply feeling “good” and ready to take on whatever their week brings.

• Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of filtered water during and after your session. Adding a slice of lemon or lime can help boost toxin elimination. We provide this complimentary during your visit.
• Take a salt bath: Use equal parts sea salt (or Himalayan salt), bicarbonate of soda, and borax for a detoxifying bath. We offer a variety of salt blends for purchase at our centre. Please avoid Epsom salt baths, as they do not support toxin extraction like sea salts do.
• Consider scalar energy jewelry: To keep your aura charged with scalar energy between sessions, you might like to try our hyper-charged scalar-enhanced bracelets or pendants. These items retain their energy charge indefinitely and are also available for children and pets. Wearing your scalar-charged necklace or bracelet daily supports your overall wellness.
